Cooking in Russia II: Second Night

Polish cous cous! Everybody’s favorite comfort food! Tonight, I’ll be seasoning it with provanskiye seasoning (herbs de provence? From the ingredient list I can identify rosemary, basil, thyme, and something called shalfey) and some cayenne pepper. Not because I think it will be good but because it’s all I’ve got. What do you think, should I throw a knob of butter in as well?
